In October 2023, in the commemorative year of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Vietnam and the 50th anniversary of Japan-ASEAN friendship,

After coming to Japan, he joined with Japanese musicians and formed the Vietnam-Japan Festival Orchestra to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Vietnam.
It resonates the friendship between Japan and Vietnam.
At the Vietnam-Japan Festival Orchestra, young musicians who will be responsible for the future of Japan and Vietnam, whose cultures and histories are different, confirm their mutual friendship through the common language of music, and bring the friendship between Vietnam and Japan to fruition in the form of wonderful music. .
This year is 12 years since the Great East Japan Earthquake. We will have a milestone called the 13th anniversary.
Visiting areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake, we are planning a performance to offer prayers for the requiem of the victims of the earthquake through music, and pray for a hopeful future with everyone who gathers at the venue.
At the end of the performance in Japan, we will perform a dedication performance at the Great Buddha Hall of Todaiji Temple in Nara, where exchanges have continued for over a thousand years.
The soloist of this time is the first Asian soloist since Dang Thai Son won the Chopin International Competition.
Nguyen Viet Trung, a young Vietnamese star who has reached the finals of the Chopin International Competition for the first time in 40 years.
We aim to create a concert that connects the performers, the audience, and the people who connect them with a single strong bond, leading to a bright future for Vietnam and Japan.

Born in 1984, Dong Quang Binh is currently one of Vietnam's most sought-after musicians. Born into a family of artists who played traditional Vietnamese instruments, he is also a soloist of various traditional instruments and has been invited to many international stages, including Japan, since he was 12 years old. After that, he studied at the Folk Orchestra Conducting Course at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music (China), and was awarded a scholarship given to the best student by the National Foundation of China. During his nine years in China, he has performed with major Chinese orchestras and famous soloists, and graduated from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music in 2013 with the highest grades. After that, he returned to Vietnam and vigorously expanded his activities.
He has been active as a guest conductor of the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra, a conductor of the Hanoi National Conservatory, and has made a name for himself as a composer. I have been composing and arranging a lot of classical music and folk music in Vietnam and abroad for the purpose of domestic and international artistic and cultural exchange. He has also organized many international cultural exchange projects in Hanoi with musicians from Japan, Hong Kong and China.
In Vietnam, the domestic music industry calls it a “messenger” that connects Vietnamese and world music.
In January 2018, he was invited by the US government as the only representative of ASEAN to participate in the project "Promoting Social Transformation through the Arts", and was praised for his efforts to spread Vietnamese music to the world. In addition, he participated in the International Visitor Leadership Project (IVLP) conference as one of two Asian representatives and gave a lecture on the theme of "Vietnamese music to the world", accompanied by a performance of traditional musical instruments, and received great applause.

Nguyen has won numerous prizes at international piano competitions, most recently winning first prize at the 17th National Piano Festival "Young Pianists Playing Chopin" competition held in Poland (2021). He has won the Grand Prix of the International Violin and Chamber Music Competition (2019, Vietnam) and the 3rd prize of the Karlovac International Piano Competition (2019, Croatia). At the "Chopin International Piano Competition" held in 2021, he was the first Vietnamese to enter the finals in 40 years since Dang Thai Son, who was the first Asian to win the Chopin International Piano Competition, and his delicate pianism It was a big hit.

Matsuda, Ayuko
After graduating from Kwassui Women’s University in the music department for piano and organ, Ayuko Matsuda began her professional career working with the composer Akira Miyoshi, an artistic adviser to Nagaoka Lyric Hall. She took charge of the planning and public relations role at the Nagaoka City Arts and Culture Promotion Foundation.
In 2001 she managed the Nagaoka Lyric Hall’s 5th- anniversary celebration. In addition to Japan’s celebration, she partnered with the Aldeburgh Festival Music Festival for performances in England. Pairing Britten’s opera “Curlew River” and a Noh performance of “Sumida River,” the performances were selected as part of the “Japan 2001” UK national event. They received great acclaim in both the UK and Japan. Ayuko subsequently joined the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra.
Going beyond arts and culture industries, she held communications management roles at Japan Post Co., Ltd. and Industrial Growth Platform Inc (IGPI). During these appointments, Ayuko was particularly involved in the CSR activities of her companies and clients and in supporting the growth of companies funded and supported by IGPI.
In 2013, she returned to the Tokyo Philharmonic as the Director of Public Relations and External Affairs, overseeing the communications function, and negotiating the sponsorships around major events and projects, including the Tokyo Philharmonic’s 100th Anniversary Celebration and World Tour, the 50th Anniversary of Japan-Korea Diplomatic Normalization, the 45th Anniversary of Japan-China Diplomatic Normalization,” and more.
Ayuko established Almond Co., Ltd. in November 2018. She also serves as an IGPI advisor, an international PR representative of the Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra, and a Gunma Symphony Orchestra board member.
Ayuko is the author of two books (in Japanese), entitled “A Broad History of Classical Music” and “A Broad History of Classical Masterpieces”.
Suc Song Moi Bamboo Ensemble
With only the only bamboo musical instrument in Vietnam
An organized ensemble.
Founded in 2013 by Dong Quang Vinh. All instruments are made by renowned wind music maestro Don Van Minh (Don Quan Vinh's father). The current repertoire includes works by Vietnamese folk music as well as classical masterpieces by Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Schubert, Debussy, Ravel, Saint-Saëns, Offenbach and Elgar.
